WELCOME ONBOARD THE NORWEGIAN WIND.

In January 2007 Lars & Tracy went on a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands down to Fanning Island (Kiribati) in the South Pacific and back. ( more an atoll than an Island, but its called Fanning Island )

I did forget how nasty the weather can be in the Pacific in January, and I also forgot that Tracy get really seasick.

It was her 50th Birthday present, and she survived with the help of modern day drugs.

Tracy getting ready to set sail                                                                 We should be safe if we need to abandon ship ???

7 Am January 14th, 2007 and 4th day at sea, Today is Tracy's 50th and we are getting the first sight of Fanning Island about 900 miles South of Honolulu - beautiful morning.   I wonder where the Robinson Family is hiding in there ???????
