Must be paid in full min 48 hours prior to departure, with a no cancelation ( refund ) policy other than if the trip is canceled by the Captain for any reason.

NOTE: Our BOAT IS A SINGLE HULL SAILBOAT AND GENERALLY SPEAKING HEELS OVER ABOUT 15-30 DEGREES AT ALL TIMES DURING THE SAIL.
We do not recommend this trip for children, as it is hard to move around during the sail which makes it boring for most children.
NOTE: You are required to be somewhat fit to climb 4' from a moving tender to the boat with the use of legs only, as we load offshore.
